Important Information

  1. Asian Grand Vila(AGV) is run by an educational trust. Trust runs Guest House cum Home Stay, Free School/College for downtrodden for preparing for competitive services examination like IAS, IPS, AS etc.
  2. Valued Guests staying in the guest house are requested to comply with rules & regulations of the guest house particularly the timings of breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinners, gate closing in the night as displayed in the notice boards in reception hall. REQUIREMENTS IF ANY FOR LUNCH AND DINNER MUST BE INTIMATED BEFORE 9:00 am and 4:00 pm respectively.
  3. Trust maintains eco friendly environment. Therefore, in case of supply power failure if any, only lights and fans will run by Inverters, and NO AC, GEYSER & TV etc will be operative.
  4. PLEASE GIVE SOMEONE A WATT FOR BETTER TOMORROW" Trust sincerely adheres to this novel thought. Therefore please switch off fans, lights, ACS Geyser etc when not needed
  5. Trust maintains a clean campus. Please use garbage bins when needed. To dry soaked cloths, use terrace and not windows in the rooms.
  6. Water is invaluable resources. We need to preserve it to save us. Please do not waste water. Water taps must be closed when not needed.
  7. USE OF MASK IS ABSOLUTELY NEEDED WHILE ROAMING IN THE PREMISES and OUTSIDE OF ALLOTED ROOMS.
  8. FIRST AID SERVICE IS AVAILABLE at the reception

  10. In the current pandemic situation, only a few services on payment are available:
    1. On rent cycle for off site visit @ Rs 30 /hour,
    2. Swimming in pond is blocked,
    3. Open space bath at terrace is available @ Rs 30/ hour,
    4. Boating is withdrawn,
    5. Fishing is suspended.
  11. Please maintain silence as far as possible.
  12. The GUEST HOUSE IS A NO DRINKING and NO SMOKING ZONE.
  13. WE ACCEPT ONLY CASH FOR ALL PURPOSES IN THE GUEST HOUSE.
  14. No room service except for snacks & tea/coffee. Lunch and dinner are strictly not served in the rooms.
  15. Guests if bring foods from outside, have to have only in dining hall, and not in rooms. If for the purpose, plates/bowls are requisitioned, charge of Rs 10 per item. will have to pay.
  16. In the night, Villa gate will be closed at 10:00 pm sharp.
  17. In parts of any group, breakfast, lunch and dinner will not be served. Group as a whole has to take all together at a time.
  18. Thali system of meals will be available only in lunch and not in dinner, except for Extra Care Thali.

    1. Complimentary Breakfast - 8:00/8:30 am to 9:00/9:30 am
    2. Lunch (Only By requisition before 9:00 am on the same day) - 1:00/1:30 pm to 2:00/2:30 pm
    3. Evening Snacks (To be served after minimum of 30 minutes after given requisition) - After 5:00 pm and before 7:00 pm
    4. Dinner (Only By requisition before 4:00 pm) - 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm
    5. Tea/Coffee - Any time except during time of breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

  23. Before checkout, room/suite will be checked. Guests will be liable to pay the cost of damage / misplaces / lost of items if any.
  24. Manager / Caretaker will be controlling officer and responsible for all purposes in the guest house.
  25. Limited laundry service service (minimum of 49 hours is required to get the service). please contact welcome desk.
